Introducing Lea Boulbain.

As the Head of Marketing for Coach USA, Lea Boulbain leads the creative strategy and execution behind the festival-focused activation service. She is responsible for curating transportation routes, securing contracts with sponsors and vendors, and establishing brand partnerships that elevate the overall experience for guests. Focused on thoughtful, high-touch experiences, she oversees every detail from strategic activations to public relations outreach with the goal of capturing media attention and driving meaningful audience engagement. Her work on CoachLA reflects her passion for bringing ideas to life, connecting brands cohesively, and building campaigns that feel as exciting and memorable as the events themselves.

Lea attended the University of Southern California (USC), where she double-majored in Public Relations & Advertising and Design. There, she built a foundation in graphic design, illustration, content production, and creative direction. Her education at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism paired emerging media tactics with strategic business thinking, preparing her to develop, coordinate, and evaluate marketing campaigns across both digital and physical platforms. From campaign analysis to brand storytelling, Lea’s academic background helped shape her eye for aesthetics while grounding her work in data-driven decision making.

Before founding the CoachLA festival activation, Lea worked at BLADE Urban Air Mobility, beginning as an Integrated Marketing Summer Associate and continuing as a contract employee in social media management and partnerships. BLADE Urban Air Mobility is an aviation company that provides short-distance air travel services, including helicopter and seaplane flights, primarily targeting urban centers and luxury travelers. There she managed content strategy for a combined audience of over 108,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, produced and scheduled content calendars, designed marketing assets, and optimized lifecycle marketing campaigns. Lea also played a key role in influencer partnership coordination and activation execution, contributing to brand visibility across markets like New York, the Hamptons, and Las Vegas while maintaining a strong focus on brand consistency and audience engagement.

While at USC, Lea was the President of Marketing and Partnerships for Alpha Chi Omega – further expanding her experience in partnership development and event production. She conceptualized and launched the chapter’s Friday Brunch Pop-Up Series, bringing together over 20 brands across fashion, wellness, beauty, and food for immersive in-house activations. She managed the full scope of event production from ideation to execution, including budget oversight, partner outreach, content creation, and vendor coordination. In addition, Lea led the chapter’s social media strategy, managing an audience of over 10,000 followers on Instagram and using content to drive member engagement, recruitment, and retention.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Lea has always felt connected to the energy of community and events. She spent her childhood sailing and teaching kids how to sail, a passion that continues to shape her love for hands-on experiences and building connections beyond the screen. Her French heritage and 17 years attending a French international school gave her a global perspective and an early appreciation for storytelling across cultures. With each project she takes on, Lea brings this well-rounded background—blending creativity with strategy, and always aiming to deliver work that resonates and connects.
